Each process is steered by a dedicated commission jointly led by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the World Water Council. The Thematic Commission curates Themes and Topics; the Regional Commission coordinates the four Forum regions; and the Political Process Commission convenes ministerial, parliamentarian, local & regional authorities, and basin & watershed authorities segments.
