Important information about obtaining a visa for Saudi Arabia

General Information

All international participants requiring a visa to enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia should apply through the official Saudi visa portal (KSAVISA). The World Water Forum secretariat will provide official invitation letters to support your visa application.

Required Documents

  1. Valid passport (minimum 6 months validity)
  2. Official invitation letter from the Forum
  3. Completed visa application form
  4. Recent passport-size photographs
  5. Proof of accommodation
  6. Return flight ticket

Visa Application Timeline

  1. Processing time: 2-4 weeks on average
  2. Recommended application: At least 6 weeks before event
  3. Invitation letter provided after registration approval
